Using the Scheme Sharing feature you may optionally share your Schemes with other SchemeServe Site Owners.

SchemeServe Sharer Pricing

If you are a paying SchemeServe customer and you introduce a new SchemeServe Site for the purpose of Sharing your Schemes, the new Site will benefit from our SchemeServe Sharer package:

  • The new SchemeServe Sharer Site will not incur the Base Price fee.
  • A commission of 3% will be charged to you on any GWP under the new Site via your Shared Schemes.
  • Any user accounts created on the Sharer Site will not attract our standard fees.
  • If any new Schemes are created on the new Site (i.e. not your shared Schemes) or our Support or Enterprise Extras options are added, the Site will immediately become a normal SchemeServe Site and will be subject to our normal pricing and support options.

If a SchemeServe Site starts sharing your Schemes but is not introduced by you:

  • It is a normal SchemeServe Site and any charges will be levied to the Site Owner as normal.
  • The commission above will no longer apply.

Support

For SchemeServe Sharer sites you introduce for the purpose of Sharing your Schemes, support of their users and SchemeServe Sharer Site will be your responsibility unless they upgrade to a normal SchemeServe account. Phone support is available as normal as an optional extra.

You will still be entitled to support via your own SchemeServe Site.

Enterprise Extras

The Enterprise Extras bundle will be available to sites you introduce to us for the purpose of Sharing your Schemes only if they first upgrade to a normal SchemeServe account and add this option.

Pricing for GWP-based contracts

If you are a paying SchemeServe customer on a GWP based contract, any new SchemeServe Sites you introduce will incur fees under the terms of your existing contract and will contribute to your GWP figure as calculated via SchemeServe. Support and Enterprise Extras will be as above. Our standard fees for additional Users or Schemes created on the new SchemeServe Sharer Site will not apply and neither will SchemeServe Sharer Pricing.
