Adam will try to convince you he invented Software-as-a-Service. He’s been running web-based software companies since 15 when still at grammar school and over the years in between migrating (Oxford >> Cambridge >> Italy) has programmed most things: real-time Forex and futures trading systems, 3D games, medical software, music production apps… He passes his (precious) spare time penning classical music, trading Bitcoin and reading Wikipedia. He wants SchemeServe to be perfect.Read more View LinkedIn Profile
Referred to as the Scheme Specialist and a Leading Light from the world of schemes by Insurance Age magazine, John likes to remind us that he wrote the original implementation spec for Chip & Pin in the UK and that he runs the biggest Microsoft user group this side of the Atlantic, NxtGenUG. In return, we remind him that the Telegraph recently voted his accent (Brummie) the least cool in Britain. That usually settles it. JP is fanatical about quality assurance and scalability and was part of the original Microsoft Beta team for .NET. He holds a pilot licence and in his spare time is a keen flyer.Read more View LinkedIn Profile
An insurance man for 40 years, Colin is our Scheme architect and leader of the Scheme Tailors Team. His talents include the ability to build new Schemes quickly and efficiently and to get designs from customers they didn’t know they had in them.
Colin is a keen mountain biker, enjoys tinkering with his bikes and is an indoor bowls player.
Simon spent over 10 years behind a keyboard programming before transitioning across to help management. A keen adrenaline junkie (whether that involves going up the mountain or over the edge of the cliff). He learned his management skills not just in the IT world but also running youth camps and conferences helping teenagers find a footing in life. He also really likes pie.Read more View LinkedIn Profile
Michaela has held both Compliance (but don’t hold it against her!) and Customer Service roles in the GI market for the last 15 years working for insurers and MGAs, so she understands the requirements of all parties when building and managing schemes. Her overriding role has always been one of problem-solving, really getting to the core of an issue and identifying the necessary steps to resolve the problem. Michaela doesn’t have much spare time between looking after her horse and swimming a few times a week, but when she does she likes to watch the Great British Bake Off and imagine that she might get around to making some of the lovely breads made by the equally lovely Paul Hollywood.Read more View LinkedIn Profile

Vali is famous among Scheme Tailors for her infectious positivity and laugh. Born in Italy she fully qualified as a lawyer before moving into insurance technology. Combining her fiercely legal approach to detail and winning personality she has created a powerful formula for producing compelling digital insurance products in record time. She loves to spend every minute when not working with her (mischevious) little boy. Secret fact: Vali originally wanted to become a vet; she utterly adores animals great and small.Read more View LinkedIn Profile
Craig currently flies the SchemeServe flag as our first (and currently only) representative based north of the border. Coming from an insurance background (15 years in the world of Broking), he speaks your language and prides himself on his ability to fully identify with what a broker’s needs are. An 80s child, Craig enjoys collecting (and of course playing) retro gaming consoles and also considers himself a match for anyone at Backgammon and word-based apps such as Wordament and Ruzzle. He once sang (not very well) in front of a live crowd at Hampden Park, the home of the Scotland national football team.Read more View LinkedIn Profile

Scott spent 15 years designing and implementing OOP Software Solutions and has worked with some of the world’s leading companies (including his own!) before joining SchemeServe. When not at work, Scott builds computer games and runs a philosophy group in Nottingham that has 1500 members meeting twice a month talking about big deep questions like: does time exist; what’s the real value of money; life, the universe and everything (the answer is 42 by the way). When not in front of a computer Scott likes to go wild walking and camping, carrying all his food for the week. Sometimes he goes canoeing on local rivers (but always with a paddle).Read more View LinkedIn Profile

Simon studied Business Management at Uni before starting a career in retail management. He became a self-taught Software Developer after deciding that 10 years in retail management was enough for anyone. The majority of the rest of his time is taken up looking after his wife and daughter but he manages to still find time to enjoy computer gaming, collectable card games and loves role play games. Simon is a keen cook and enjoys hill walking, pen and paper cryptography and crosswords if he can find the time.Read more View LinkedIn Profile

Cameron is the tallest member of the development team here at Schemeserve at 7’1. Whether he’s investigating or automating, his passion for quality assurance stands tall. Tall enough to look back and barely glimpse competition trying to catch up. Other than that he vowed to never give you up, let you down, run around or desert you. In his spare time, Cameron loves playing Dungeons and Dragons, Blizzard games and reading comics.Read more View LinkedIn Profile
