SchemeServe is strongly defended. We use strict processes and security measures to protect your data. However, if we discover that there has been, or we suspect there might have been, or discover a potential for a security incident we will notify you in writing as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. We may also post a more general notice to our Maintenance Announcements forum and make an announcement on our maintenance Twitter feed, @sswatchman. We will not contact any of your customers directly.
We will then investigate the incident, take necessary steps to eliminate or contain the impact of it and keep you up to date with the status of the incident and any related matters.
