We work hard to ensure our staff are well looked after. Physical and mental health, as well as general wellbeing and work-life balance is of the upmost importance. SchemeServe operates a Board of Directors, and Advisory Board. Both boards enable the company to have accountability regarding its direction, financial health, employee welfare and team morale.
As a company we aim to help, rather than hinder the World. We recognise that altruism and giving back to our communities is an important and fulfilling way to do this.
