SchemeServe is proud to be the first software house to sign up to the Inclusive Behaviours Pledge.

The pledge, championed by Zurich and Lloyds, it aims to promote diverse, inclusive and tolerant practices across the insurance industry by transforming workplace culture.

So far, there have been 50 signatories, across many insurance companies and brokers, but SchemeServe is so far the only software house to do so.

The pledge covers potential discrimination in the workplace on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnerships, pregnancy/maternity, race, religion/belief, gender or sexual orientation.

John Price says: “We all have a part to play in calling out unacceptable behaviour in the workplace. Anyone at SchemeServe who sees or feels subjected to inappropriate or discriminatory treatment can be assured that telling us in confidence will have the issue taken seriously and acted upon.”
