Twice a year we go on a company retreat! 2 days of chats, larks and getting to know each other better.
We encourage everyone to keep learning. In fact, each member of our team has a number of training hours every year they must complete (you choose the topic).
Use one work-day every month to volunteer for a non-profit, or charitable cause close to your heart.
Different desk? Different room? Different country? Go for it. As long as you share some core hours with your team, and you've got WIFI.
